Lightroom 4

Lightroom 4 is out and although I upgraded the week it came out, I haven’t had a lot of time to play around with it’s new features. The adjustments in the Develop module have been completely revamped. This allows you to pull out detail in the highlights and shadows like never before. I went back through my library and found the above picture and played around. The resulting photo was adjusted solely in Lightroom, no PhotoShop, no HDR, etc. I haven’t even began to start playing with the adjustment brushes which will allow you to selectively adjust areas of the photograph.
